POST-WEDDING SHOOT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OPTION A: R3500-00 (Available only for morning weddings)

• Up to 4 hours of photography on the wedding day. Limited coverage of reception.
  
  
• Personalised DVD (with an image on the face and with a printed cover) containing a minimum of 100 x high resolution photos. Your special day will be captured with some formal, posed, candid and informal (ie.almost paparazzi style) images..
  
  
• All images will be tastefully / artistically edited and post-processed in a variety of finishes, including colour, sepia and black and white.
  
  
• 50 x edited Jumbo prints. (You can, of course, make any number of additional prints and enlargements from your DVD)
  
  
• 5 x Enlargements.

NB: The above package can be adjusted and personalised to include / exclude items which are either important / unessential to the couple.

OPTION B: R5500-00

• "Up to 8 hours of photography on the wedding day, including:
  
  Pre-wedding day photo planning meeting;
  Bridal preparations on the wedding day (also the bridegroom, if possible);
  The ceremony;
  The bridal couple;
  Friends, family groups and candid shots;
  Prepared venue;
  The wedding reception, formalities and festivities until 21:30.
  
  
• Personalised DVD (with an image on the face and with a printed cover) containing a minimum of 200 high resolution photos. Your special day will be captured with some formal, posed, candid and informal (ie.almost paparazzi style) images;
  
  
• All images will be tastefully / artistically edited and post-processed in a variety of finishes, including colour, sepia and black and white;
  
  
• 60 x edited Jumbo prints. (You can, of course, make any number of additional prints and enlargements from your DVD);
  
  
• 10 x Enlargements;
  
  
• All prints neatly mounted and presented in an album.

NB: The above packages can be adjusted and personalised to include / exclude items which are either important / unessential to the couple.

OPTION C: R7800

• Up to 9 hours of photography on the wedding day, including:
  
  1 hour photo session prior to the wedding day at location chose by the couple.
  CD with at least 30 images of the above shoot
  Pre-wedding day photo planning meeting
  Bridal preparations on wedding day (also Groom, if possible).
  The ceremony.
  The bridal couple.
  Friends, family groups and candids.
  Prepared venue.
  The wedding reception, formalities and festivities until 22:00;
  
  
• Personalised DVD (with an image on the face and with a printed cover) containing a minimum of 300 high resolution photos. Your special day will be captured with some formal, posed, candid and informal (ie.almost paparazzi style) images;
  
  
• All images will be tastefully / artistically edited and post-processed in a variety of finishes, including colour, sepia and black and white;
  
  
• 80 x edited Jumbo prints. (You can, of course, make any number of additional prints and enlargements from your DVD);
  
  
• 15 x Enlargements;
  
  
• All prints neatly mounted and presented in a premium quality album.

POST-WEDDING SHOOT:

If 'Fine Art' wedding photographs (sunsets, special venues such as beaches, harbours etc.) are important to you, but your wedding day schedule does not allow for quite enough time, a post-wedding photo shoot can be loads of fun. This gives you time with your spouse (without the stresses of the wedding day itself) to really indulge, and makes for creative and adventurous photographic wedding shots.

Each package is individually priced according to length of shoot, and venue(s).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• A non-refundable deposit of R1000-00 is required to confirm and reserve the date of the wedding (event).
  
  
• Travelling cost is included in each package for venues not further than 120 km return from Cape town. Thereafter R3,50 per km will be charged.
  
  
• Please allow an approximate period of 4 weeks from the date of your wedding, for the editing and post-production of your photos.
  
  
• Please provide seating for the photographer at the reception.
  
  
• Please adhere to the times agreed upon on your wedding day as the photographer cannot be held responsible for rushed photography.
  
  
• Kirir Photography reserves the right to all images for promotional work and publication.
  
  
• Overtime will be charged at a rate of R800-00 per hour and must be booked at least 48 hours before the wedding (or event).
  
  
• Full settlement of the package cost must be made on the day of collection:
